At the end of a Deal we can automate an email to be sent to the customer.
This email will contain a link to a survey were the customer can state how the project went.
We can then store that response against the Deal for future reporting.
If the work involved a freelancer or you are a middleman. We can update the response so the result is also stored against the freelancer and an average score for them can be created based on all previous scores.
